- Division: Quality- Job Type: Permanent roleFollowing an internal transfer, we are recruiting a **Head of Quality Systems** based at our headquarters and production site in Geneva. Reporting to the Head of Quality Management, your mission is to manage and optimize electronic Quality Systems/Processes in place (Learning Management System - LMS, Electronic Document Management System - eDMS and Quality Management System) used by OM Pharma sites.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

- Lead, coach and support a team of 5 people
- Identify gaps and needs for electronic quality systems and processes, and propose solutions
- Act as a project member or project manager in projects related to compliance and/or Quality System IT system, ensuring contributing to design / conception and change control supervision if applicable
- Optimise training concept and program (LMS) within the company
- Identify opportunities to have fit for purpose processes and electronic system within Quality
- Structure and maintain eDMS to be a compliant, efficient source and the first pillar of knowledge management
- Maintain and optimise TrackWise Digital solution
- Review and approve SOP / Documentation in your field
- As Quality process owner, maintain compliance and lead performance
- Manage Deviations / CAPA / Change control related to electronic Quality System
- As Quality leader, identify opportunities in Quality systems to enable OM to achieve its strategy

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

- Engineer's degree in the field of Life Sciences, Pharmacist or equivalent background
- 3- 5 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance within the pharmaceutical industry
- First experience in people management
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Affinity with IT tools
