**About the position**
Independent management of financial accounting, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligation. Monthly payroll for the Swiss staff. The financial accountant works in close co-operation with and will enjoy full support from colleagues within Group Finance and HR.
**Main responsibilities**
- Manage bank accounts, in
- and outgoing payments (various currencies, analysis, debt reconciliations)
- Daily Accounting
- Accounts payable / accounts receivable
- Fixed assets & inventory accounting
- Customer & Development Project accounting
- Travel expenses
- Monthly payroll reconciliation and accounting
- Responsible for time reporting and monthly payroll of the Swiss Staff
- Handle VAT (import & export, tax returns, deductions) and prepare tax returns
- Reconciliation of intercompany transactions
- Monthly and annual closing
- Annual report
