Mit Deiner Erfahrung in klassischen Accounting-Prozessen verstärkst Du unseren Finanzbereich und gestalten unseren Digitalisierungsprozess mit.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Verbuchen und Verarbeiten von Kreditorenrechnungen der Schweizer Gesellschaften
- Allgemeine Buchhaltungs
- und Kontrollaufgaben im Hauptbuch, Sicherstellen einer fehlerfreien Rechnungsverbuchung auf Kostenstellen und Projekte
- Verbuchung und Umlage von Reise-, Neben
- und Materialkosten auf Projekte
- Verwaltung, Überprüfung und Verbuchung von Firmenkreditkarten sowie von Mitarbeiterspesen (Reise
- und Nebenkosten)
- Rechnungsstellung für Reise
- / Nebenkostenabrechnungen an Kunden sowie für gruppeninterne Leistungs
- und Nebenkostenverrechnungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung firmeninterner Prozesse, der Digitalisierung und der Einführung von neuen Systemanwendungen im Finance-Bereich
- Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Unterstützung und Back-up innerhalb des Finance Teams

Dein Profil:
Du besitzt eine fundierte Grundausbildung mit abgeschlossener oder laufender Weiterbildung in Richtung Finanzen, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft auf Stufe Sachbearbeitung oder Fachausweis Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen.

Du bringst eine mehrjährige Erfahrung als Fachperson im Bereich Rechnungswesen und/oder Controlling im Finanz-Umfeld eines internationalen Unternehmens mit KMU-Charakter idealerweise aus dem Dienstleistungsbereich mit.

Du verfügst über eine hohe digitale Affinität und einen versierten Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und vorzugsweise Erfahrung in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central.

Du bist ein Teamplayer, engagiert, analytisch und hilfsbereit. Du möchtest in einer vielseitigen Tätigkeit, die operative Umsetzungsfähigkeiten, stilsicheres Deutsch und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse erfordert, komplexe und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben angehen und dabei einen effektiven Mehrwert für Dein berufliches Umfeld schaffen.
