**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for a passionate Accountant to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our financial success. If you’re ready to take your career to new heights in a fast-paced, global environment, this is the opportunity for you.

**Your mission**:

- **Manage Accounts**:handle general accounting tasks, including preparing and reconciling financial statements and VAT declarations.
- **Closing Activities**: Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in accordance with US GAAP standards.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare, record, analyze, and report financial data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of accounting records.
- **Ensure Compliance**:Maintain accurate records and verify transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
- **Accounts Payable**:Record accounts payable transactions, including employee expense reports.
- **Support Audits**: Assist in internal and external audits and contribute to various projects as needed.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address all financial accounting-related matters.

**Your profile**:

- Commercial accounting education and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
- Knowledge in US GAAP, with a deep understanding of accounting and reporting processes
- Knowledge in Dutch accounting is a plus
- Fluent English skills, German or French language skills are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and strong SAP experience
- Results-driven and customer-focus, with high personal accountability and strong business and financial acumen
