Proclinical are recruiting a Group QA Manager (Laboratories) for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and allows for remote working within Europe. The client is focused on providing laboratory, imaging and pathology fields.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the evolvement and deployment of a solid quality culture from the organisation's executive management to the rest of the company.
- Organise the definition, supervising, documenting and examining performance-related information for all laboratories.
- When needed, guarantee that the company's laboratories are completely qualified per ISO 15189:2012.
- Cooperating with group procurement team, supervise the compliance promptness of suppliers of commercial CE-IVD devices with IVDR.
- Emphasise possible threats and prospects for quality through systematic risk evaluation.
- Recognise and instigate modifications in a future focused, solution focused and proactive fashion.
- To permit novel thinking by inspiring others to express their individual outlooks, listen carefully to extract business opportunities, you will produce an impartial atmosphere.
- Other tasks may be assigned to this role.
**Skills & Requirements**:

- Social abilities and relations management experience.
- An outgoing, self-motivated individual who is comfortable operating within a flat non-hierarchical setting.
- Organised person who is independent and rigorous.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Educated to an advanced degree level within a technical/process engineering/QA field with experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in ISO 15189, ISO 17025 and ISO 9001.
- Familiarity preferably in in-vitro diagnostic directive and/or directive.
- Know-how of quality process mapping and evolvement.
- Able to affect alterations.
- Fluency in the English language.
