Test Manager

We are looking for an experienced and talented Test Manager. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible to define, promote and manage a project test plan and efficiently coordinate and track the activities of the testing team. You will coordinate all testing activities (analysis, design, implementation, execution, test procedures) at every stage of the test process, and define test projects plan and strategy with the project management team.

You will also recognize when test automation is appropriate, plan the effort, select the tools, and ensure training of the team.

You will be responsible for reporting on the test progress, delivering quality status and test results, adapting test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.

You will eventually manage near-shore resources when required.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Test management**
- Mobilize and manage various stakeholders, ranging from Business users to technical ones
- Understand the testing effort by analysing the requirements and constraints of the project
- Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing
- Be an active contributor to QA Community of Practice (CoP)
- Organize and lead the relevant meetings for the project (kickoff, follow-up, etc)
- Define the test strategy to be applied based on the best practices and project specificities
- Develop the test plan, identify dependencies and resources required to run a test phase
- Handle hardware and software requirements for the Test Setup
- Ensure content and structure of all testing documents / artefacts is documented and maintained
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per the standards defined by the organization
- Write/review/validate the Test Cases documents
- Keep track of the new requirements / changes of the Project
- Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to your management
- Organize the status meetings and share the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) with stakeholders
- Act as the single point of contact between Release Manager, Development and Testers
- Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
- Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
- Prepare / update metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project

**Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating etc)**
- Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, mind-set and motivation
- Manage testing team activities according to the various phases of the projects
- Dispatch tasks and ensure follow-up until they are done
- Ensure productivity and velocity of the testing team
- Identify Training requirements (Technical and Soft skills)
- Monitor team efficiency and report regularly to your management

**Profil**:
**Experience**
- +10 years of experience as QA engineer
- Proven history of leading QA activities with full responsibility for corresponding deliverables
- Proven ability to perform end-to-end test
- Experience of working in agile environment with remote teams and stakeholders
- Prior experience in system integration and data migration projects is strong plus
- Development background is a strong plus
- Experience of Luxury industry is a plus
- Proven experience in Ecommerce domain

**Education**
- Graduated in an Engineering School, Master degree or Bachelors in digital/web technology, mathematics, engineering or science.
- ISTQB or ISEB certification will be appreciated.
- Knowledge of SAP environment will be appreciated
- Fluent in English and French, written and oral
