- Der Market Demand Planner ist verantwortlich für die präzise Bedarfsplanung unseres vielfältigen Produktsortiments. Dies umfasst das Erstellen von Prognosen auf Kunden
- und Produktebene, basierend auf Verkaufs
- und Marketingplänen sowie Markteinblicken.

**DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN**:

- Unterstützung des Senior Demand Planners und der Key Account Manager bei der monatlichen und wöchentlichen Volumenplanung.
- Planung von Promotionsvolumen sowie des konsolidierten Gesamtvolumens unter Berücksichtigung des Kundenbestellverhaltens.
- Unterstützung der verantwortlichen Sales Manager bei Planungsreviews auf Kundenebene.
- Erfassung, Analyse und Prognose strukturierter Einflussfaktoren auf die Nachfrage (Logbook).
- Erstellung von Analysen und Reports zur Überprüfung der Planungsgenauigkeit sowie Einleitung von Korrekturmassnahmen.
- Termingerechte Aufbereitung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen zu Volumenplandaten und Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen.
- Ansprechpartner für alle Abteilungen (lokal und international) in Bezug auf die Volumenplanung.
- Aktive Mitwirkung am Sales & Operations Planning-Prozess, einschliesslich der Moderation von Demand
- und Activity-Review-Meetings.
- Sicherstellung korrekter Stammdaten für die Planung und kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Datenqualität.
- Mitarbeit in fachspezifischen Projekten sowie eigenverantwortliche Leitung kleinerer Projekte.
- Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses und der Abstimmung zwischen Verkauf und Produktion.
- Durchführung von System
- und Demand Planning-Schulungen & Workshops.
- Erstellung und Pflege spezifischer End-User-Dokumentationen.
- Wahrnehmung der Key-User-Funktion: 1st-Level-Support und Coaching für Demand Planning-Tools.

**SIND DAS DEINE GEHEIMEN ZUTATEN?**
- Abschluss an einer höheren Fachhochschule (HF) oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
- Erfahrung mit S&OP-Prozessen und der Leitung von S&OP-Meetings.
- Praxis in strategischer und operativer Arbeit mit Daten
- und Berichtstools.
- Erfahrung in bereichsübergreifenden Tätigkeitsfeldern.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bedarfsplanungstools und -systemen (z. B. SAP IBP, APO, Oracle).
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel.
- Hohe Ambition und proaktive Einstellung.
- Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlenaffinität.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fliessendes Englisch.
