**Executive Team Assistant Motion Service (80-100%)**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Administrative support to the Division President Motion Services and his global Management Team
- Researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts, and internal correspondence on behalf of the business manager - Also, support the administration of SharePoint/Teams sites and groups.
- Implementing processes and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Drafting business communication, ensuring knowledge is shared and colleagues are informed about any changes to processes and procedures
- Onboarding of new team members
- Processing of expenses and invoices

**Your background**:

- Several years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Advanced knowledge of technology environments and commonly used software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SAP, Concur).
- The ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent planning skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a big plus, every other language beneficial
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives.
- Strong discretion and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Interest in also doing more strategic work relevant to the business (e.g. Power Point presentations, etc.)
