**Your responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinate and oversight the resolution of MOSE IS distinct Apps tickets including but not limited to 2nd/ 3rd level support incident investigation and diagnosis, corrective and proactive maintenance, Bug fixing and Standard Changes
- Give advice and support the deployment of new IS solutions/ services, or the changing of existing IS solutions/ services
- Perform assigned activities in incident management (including major incident management), request fulfilment, problem management, change management, release management and any additional process
- Monitor and follow-up on pending patches and overdue tickets which are under support teams responsibilities
- Coordinate changes related to ServiceNow/MyIS, service catalogue configurations
- Strongly collaborate with the IS Infrastructure/other teams, in particular Service Desk, SPEX Catalog Management, Consumer Insights, IS cloud hosting as applicable to ensure the effective management and operations of MOSE IS distinct Applications.
- Establish weekly & monthly governance with vendors, review SOP/knowledge base development status, address and process SLA breaches, backlogs, complaints, feedback, RCA, etc.
- Deliver monthly performance report and establish regular meetings with Application teams to review progress, day-to-day operational issues, performance report, support quality, improvements area, security and other operational topics as applicable.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience resolving issues in complex system integrations
- Basic knowledge of C#,.NET, MS SQL or SAP are beneficial
- Knowledge of MOSE Application landscape is a plus
- Good analytical and methodological skills
- Ability to work independently and in team
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
