Data Project Manager for An Ngo

**About the role**:
Our client is a large NGO active in the global health sector.

To complete their IT team, we are looking for a Data project Manager whose role will be to manage cross team initiatives and projects with a focus on delivery.

You will have to have and use a deep understanding of business processes, technology and program management to help achieve the desired technology outcome.

You will be part of a very collaborative team, with a strong feedback culture and a knack for innovation. Openmindedness and an ability to work in fast-paced environment will also be important criteria for you to succeed

**Job duties**:

- Define the project vision, scope, objectives and workstreams
- Determine the resources and budget needed to achieve the objectives and manage project costs in order to meet the budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Prepare for and facilitate Steering Committee meetings
- Coordinate the project team members, Subject Matter Experts (SME), external contractors and any other relevant stakeholders regarding the project
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding status, risk, adjustments, and progress
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee multiple vendors, procurement contracts and RFPs

**We are looking for**:

- You have about 2 years of prior experience in managing and delivering IT projects, with multiple stakeholders
- You are certified Agile Project Management (mandatory)
- You are proficient in English (C1 level minimum), French is an asset
- You have some knowledge of reporting solutions, such as Tableau, Einstein, SAC, Qlik for example
- You are available as of September for about 14 months (at least), full-time
- Bonus : you have some previous experience with data
- Though our client has a hybrid WFH policy, it is essential that you work from the Geneva office at least 2 days a week
