Wir bauen die branchenführende Plattform für Kandidaten, Personaldienstleister und Bauunternehmen, welche die Stellenvermittlung digitalisiert. Mit über CHF 5 Millionen Funding von Investoren wie Wingman (Gründer von eat.ch und GetYourGuide), dem Gründer von brack.ch und dem Berliner VC PropTech1 sind wir aktuell in der Schweiz und Deutschland tätig. Mit aktuell 40 Mitarbeitenden wird es Zeit, unsere Finanzen auf den nächsten Level zu bringen. Dafür suchen wir für unseren Standort in Zürich eine/n Head of Finance
**Head of Finance (M/F/d) - 100 %**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Leitung der Finanzfunktion bei Kollabo Aufbau der Controllingfunktion
- Verantwortung für den Budgetierungsprozess und das Financial Modelling
- Steuerung der Finanzprozesse und Implementierung von Tools zur Automatisierung (z.B. Spesen und Konsolidierung)Weiterentwicklung des internen Teams mit 2 Mitarbeitenden sowie
- Koordination der externen Treuhandfirmen in der Schweiz und unseren Ländergesellschaften (aktuell DE und Kosovo)

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfahrung mit Buchhaltung und Konsolidierung, optimalerweise im Startup-Umfeld
- Hohe Affinität für Zahlen, Modellierungen in Excel oder anderen Tools
- Ausbildung in Finance, Rechnungslegung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder ähnlich
- Erwiesene Fähigkeit, bestehende Prozesse zu analysieren und zu optimieren
- Deutschkenntnisse C1 oder besser, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
