Stellenbeschreibung
- Beratung von Private Banking Hypothekarkreditkunden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kundenberatern
- Unterstützung der Kundenberater bei der Akquisition von Neukunden
- Ausarbeitung von massgeschneiderten Hypothekarfinanzierungen für anspruchsvolle Kundenbeziehungen im Private Banking
- Prüfung von Hypothekarkreditanfragen
- Erstellung und Bewilligung von Hypothekarkreditanträgen in Eigenkompetenz oder zu Handen der entsprechenden Bewilligungsinstanzen
- Erstellung von Hypothekarkreditverträgen, Reportings etc. mit Unterstützung des Credit Service Managers
- Überwachung der Hypothekarkreditpositionen

Unsere Anforderungen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Hypothekargeschäft im Private Banking
- Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise
- Kompetentes, professionelles Auftreten und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Selbständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Kollegiale, hilfsbereite und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Avaloq Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, verhandlungssicher in Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
