HackVentures is out to become the largest investor across Climate / Health / Food - without raising a single fund. We allow angels to invest small ($1k+) tickets across startups working on shaping a better people/planet and are out to deploy $1bn into climate tech solutions by 2026.

We're looking for a reliable, fast-paced, and self-organized brand designer with a keen eye for details; on a part-time basis (40%-60%). Our core team is based in Switzerland, but remote applicants are welcomed.

Tasks

What you'll be doing
- Develop a cohesive brand identity for our activities our annual Summit
- Design branded brochures and presentation decks for our teams
- Design branded social media visuals for our communications
- Design advertisements and landing pages for our communications
- Design merchandising and swag for our Event team
- Enhance existing creative assets across all digital channels
- Coordinate design work with our external freelancers

**Requirements**:
Necessary Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator a must)
- Good knowledge of FIGMA and web-design layout
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to take complex information and transform them into easy-to-digest graphs and imagery.
- Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret feedback.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and change direction when needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to timeline developments and re-prioritize when needed.
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic, Web or Brand Design or similar curriculum / Self-taught with the portfolio to back it up.
- 3+ years of experience as a freelancer; or within an agency, media company, or startup.
