**Internal HR Project Manager**:**

In this role you will be leading the execution of internal international strategic projects related to the ABB Leadership Learning Ecosystem and the launch of new Leadership solutions using ABB and 3rd party resources. Furthermore, you will lead project execution in accordance with company procedures, relevant HR regulations and standards (like GDPR), project objectives, applicable quality standards, and cost and scheduling targets. This position can be based remotely.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Project leadership: supporting the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks and motivating and monitoring internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
- Instructions and guidelines: ensure projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures.
- Budget and operations planning: develop and gain approval for a business case defining the value proposition of the project, following-up on budget.
- Project execution and control: develop a project charter and a project plan describing how the project will be executed for communication to project team members, key stakeholders, approval.
- Effectively organize, monitor and control activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources. Monitor and control project cost and financials.
- Formalize acceptance of the project and conclude all project activities.
Stakeholder relations: act as the key contact for project stakeholders and escalation point in case of project-related issues.
- Support the project team members to achieve project requirements, delivery of agreed deliverables and meeting the committed project result.
- Document Management: identify and plan all document deliverables required by the contractual scope of work and incorporate this plan into the overall project plan/schedule.

**Your background**:

- University / College degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a multinational environment in which at least 1 year of work experience with regional or global responsibilities.
- Advanced Project Management skills, including ABB PMO.
Procurement; Learning & Development; HR Generalist culture; Employee Experience / Customer Experience.
- Trusted Advisor, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and able to balance multiple priorities.
