**Your role**

Are you excited by the power of digital technology to drive better client experiences? This role is part of the CX Strategy, Advisory and Operations chapter, which is responsible to ensure the design process for digital journeys and solutions is directly aligned with business goals, user needs and technological capabilities. You'll ensure that all relevant client touch points (e.g. public website, e-banking, mobile banking, helpdesk etc.) that define the overall user experience are aligned to provide the best possible client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- maintain a clear understanding of business goals and user needs to identify and articulate high-impact research opportunities to support strategic design decisions and product development,
- act as a representative for both points-of-views, client and business, and transfer opportunities into an actional and prioritized UX roadmap,
- moderate and lead co-creation workshops with stakeholders and product teams to drive product innovation,
- understand and prioritize the required UX capacity and skills in accordance with business objectives (OKR principle),
- enable UX design teams (research, design, analytics and optimization) and product teams by providing guidance and structure in our human centric (i.e. research based) design process,
- understand and use CX measurement systems to demonstrate business impact of human centered design methods and processes,
- use clients satisfaction measurement and qualitative client feedback methods to generate opportunities and hypotheses to further improve the client experience and to shape the UX roadmap,
- educate product teams and senior management about human centered design principles to improve the overall UX maturity within the organization.

Platforms and Channels UBS Switzerland is constantly looking for new talents. You'll be working in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Client Experience Design & Optimization. In our agile organization you will be collaborating with product and client need teams to shape client experiences while working in a hybrid model at UBS offices and from home.

**Your expertise**
- good communication and stakeholder management in an agile work environment
- good knowledge of methodologies and frameworks for UX design process and UX roadmaps
- analytical thinking and pragmatic decision making with a track record of managing UX strategies for digital product in a complex environment,
- workshop facilitation skills e.g. design sprint, lean ux canvas, business model canvas, value proposition map, empathy map etc.
- journey and experience mapping skills, ideally hands-on experience as a coach and trainer in UX methodologies.
- higher education (degree from a University/ FH, preferably in UX Design, Business Administration, Marketing or similar),
- minimum 5 years of work experience in relevant fields,
- able to cope with a dynamic and changing environment in an agile setup,
- communicative, independent and proactive personality with the drive to focus on ongoing professional development within UX,
- excellent English skills (speaking and writing); German skills (understanding) would be beneficial,
