**Vos missions**

Vous aurez en charge la gestion des stocks et la coordination des allocations pour des produits d’exceptions en haute-joaillerie, fine-joaillerie, pierres et commandes spéciales.

En interaction avec les filiales internationales, les Régions FJ, la Direction Internationale HJ et les fonctions supports, vous gérez l’administration de flux complexes pour faire transiter les produits depuis les fournisseurs, la maison Cartier, les filiales et le centre de distribution.

**Vos responsabilités**
- Organisation et suivi des envois de créations Haute-Joaillerie et Fine-Joaillerie à travers le monde
- Coordonner et gérer l’entièreté du scope d’un événement HJ (livraison & retour)
- Suivre les entrées et sorties du stock Pierres (confié, retour, achat, vente)
- Aurez la charge du packaging HJ/FJ (achat, distribution, paiement fournisseur, suivi)
- Gestion des objets & pierres clients
- Organisation des envois en transformation et au SAV de nos produits
- Traitement des urgences variées et diverses
- Participation aux projets liés aux produits High End

**Votre profil**

Au bénéfice d’une expérience en tant que service client ou coordinateur/trice de flux logistiques,

Vous êtes tant à l’aise en français qu’en anglais,

Les Outils MS Office et SAP Module-SD n’ont plus de secret pour vous,

Vous avez un bon sens de l’organisation, aimez les cas complexes, une facilité d’adaptation, une bonne gestion du stress, de la flexibilité et savez travailler de manière autonome dans une environnement exigeant,

Vous êtes rigoureux et orienté service client,

Vous êtes reconnu/e pour votre sens du service et vos qualités interpersonnelles.
