**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du arbeitest beim Erstellen der Abschlüsse (Monats-, Quartal-, Halb
- und Jahresabschluss) nach Obligationenrecht und Swiss GAAP FER mit
- Du führst die Immobilienbuchhaltung selbstständig
- Du steuerst das Tagesgeschäft (Kreditoren / Debitoren)
- Du hilfst beim Erstellen von Reportings mit
- Du entwickelst digitale Finanzprozesse weiter

**Deine Skills**:

- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie Weiterbildung zum Sachbearbeiter/zur Sachbearbeiterin Rechnungswesen
- Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen sammeln
- Du bist bilanz
- und abschlusssicher
- Du hast eine IT- und Digitalisierungsaffinität mit sehr guten MS Office Kenntnissen
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine selbständige, lösungs
- und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on Mentalität aus
