**What is my function?**
- Excel as a dynamic team player, always ready to assist and eager to learn.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processing and reconciliation.
- Collaborate closely with Head of Accounting, and colleagues for seamless closings.
- Precisely reconcile balance sheets monthly.
- Handle routine and ad hoc bank reconciliations skillfully.
- Collaboration in the preparation of correct annual financial statements
- Work with Senior Accountant on daily ledger entries
- Ensure smooth intercompany balance reconciliation
- Aid in analyzing financials and shaping forecasts (EPC only).
- Support internal and external audits effectively

**What do I need to be successful?**
- Start this adventure with ideally 1-2 years of experience in accounting in a commercial apprenticeship or later.
- Channel your inner superhero with independence, reliability, and pinpoint accuracy in your work
- Unleash your organizational prowess, fueled by goals and guided by a flexible spirit.
- Support the treasury & Cash flow process
- Dive into the fascinating world of accounting standards and optimise your initial knowledge.
- First experience in an international organisation is welcome
- Confidence in using MS Office, Abacus of advantage
- Knowledge of Swiss VAT and experience in the commodity trading sector, consider that a bonus but not a pre-requisite
