We're looking for Product Owner “Client Self Service - Client Onboarding” to: - build-out client lifecycle management journeys and use-cases for our Corporate - remove process complexity and focus on client satisfaction. Support UBS to achieve sustainability goals by eliminating paper based processes. - lead an agile development team as Product Owner - drive the product roadmap and achieve challenging key results according to the OKRs framework - ensure ongoing maintainability, security and viability of your product - capture end-client requirements, translate into designs-build-test output, monitor success of outcome, continuously improve based on client needs - interact with internal consumers and stakeholders to understand their needs - assess market fit, analyze business context and competitor landscape to effectively prioritize user stories and manage the backlog - work in a multi-national agile environment and support step-wise maturity increase **Your Career Comeback** **Your team** You'll be working in the "Client Self Service"-Crew as part of “Be a Client”-Stream within the Agile Delivery Organization of UBS. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** - a university degree with banking/finance or technical background - strong banking business/process understanding, preferably in retail & corporate banking and/or wealth management - proven experience within Client Lifecycle Management - minimum 7 years’ experience in agile working environment with focus on digitization, preferably in a product owner role - excellent product leadership skills in combination with analytical and conceptual expertise - excellent tooling skills (Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence etc.), particularly to develop process flows / journeys, to manage project plans, to compile and analyze data and to develop presentations - ability to gather, consolidate and synthesize information from various sources in order to gain consensus on proposed process change/transformation - excellent in communicating and interacting with multiple stakeholders at different levels within the organization - highly engaged and able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure - excellent in written and spoken English, German is considered as asset **About us** UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
