**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du arbeitest eng mit einem interdisziplinären Projektteam zusammen, um anspruchsvolle digitale Produkte wie Websites, Plattformen, Business-Applikationen oder Mobile Apps zu konzipieren, zu gestalten und technisch umzusetzen.
- In deiner Rolle als UX Designer*in sorgst du gemeinsam mit den anderen Fachdisziplinen (Strategie, Research, Technologie) dafür, dass nutzerzentrierte Methoden im Projekt angewendet werden und gleichzeitig die Geschäftsziele der Kunden erreicht werden.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Kunden und dem engagierten UX Team zusammen, um hochwertige und funktionale Lösungen zu erarbeiten.
- Du entwickelst Lösungsansätze für Informationsarchitektur, Navigations
- und Bedienungskonzepte, User Flows und mehr.
- Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt deiner Arbeit ist die Umsetzung der fachlichen Anforderungen in konkrete User Interfaces.
- Du erstellst Wireframes und Prototypen, die auf einem individuellen, komponentenbasierten und skalierbaren Design System basieren.
- In den Projekten trägst du die Verantwortung für die Lösungskonzeption.

**Deine Skills**:

- Dein methodischer Ansatz, insbesondere im Bereich User Centered Design und User Interface Design, ist gut entwickelt und vielseitig einsetzbar.
- Du verlässt dich bei der Lösungsentwicklung und Entscheidungsfindung lieber auf Daten als ausschließlich auf dein Bauchgefühl und deine Erfahrung.
- Der Austausch im Projektteam und mit anderen Fachdisziplinen ist für dich selbstverständlich und wichtig.
- Du bist vertraut damit, Produkte schrittweise und iterativ zu entwickeln und flexibel auf sich ändernde Rahmenbedingungen zu reagieren.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind unverzichtbar, und Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Du bringst auch die Bereitschaft mit, Agentur in verschiedenen Aspekten wie Organisation, Methodik und Kultur aktiv mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln.
