Job description This role will lead end-to-end projects that enhance user experience, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration across systems and channels. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with a deep understanding of digital commerce platforms, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a passion for delivering customer‑centric online experiences. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end eCommerce and web experience projects, guiding them from conception through execution to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. User Experience Optimization: Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to deliver intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison among business units, IT, design teams, and external partners to ensure technical capabilities align with commercial aims. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and customer insights to guide improvements in design and functionality, including A/B testing and personalization strategies.
