**Designer digital H/F**

**Votre mission**:

- Vous serez responsable de la conception et du développement des services numériques conviviaux et attrayants.
- Vous vous assurez que l'image de la marque numérique est clairement identifiée dans la conception des différents canaux de communication numériques.
- Vous êtes responsable de chaque étape du processus de conception, depuis les wireframes, les diagrammes de flux, les storyboards, les maquettes jusqu'aux prototypes.
- Vous veillez à ce que le contenu des sites Web, les graphiques Web et les supports de campagne soient pertinents et attrayants.
- Vous êtes à l'avant-garde des tendances en matière de conception numérique, partagez vos connaissances spécialisées, effectuez des analyses comparatives et apportez une réflexion stratégique sur les idées et les solutions.
- Vous assurez le succès de vos projets en les livrant dans les délais, de manière précise et convaincante.
- Vous dirigez les nouvelles initiatives numériques, l'élaboration de propositions et le lancement de projets.
**Votre** **profil**:

- Vous possédez un Bachelor ainsi qu'une formation approfondie en conception d'interactions / conception de services ou une formation équivalente.
- Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience avérée dans la conception et le design d'interfaces utilisateurs sur des plateformes multiples.
- Vous avez une forte compréhension du design thinking, des meilleures pratiques UI/UX et familiarité avec le Design Sprint et les autres méthodes LeanUX.
- Vous connaissez les outils de conception et de prototypage tels que Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma.
- Vous avez la capacité à diriger et à concevoir des produits numériques (pages de destination, navigation, expérience numérique, etc.) et d'améliorer les fonctionnalités, le tout dans le cadre d'un processus de conception centré sur l'utilisateur.
- Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances de la suite Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) et des langages de programmation tels que HTML, CSS, ainsi que Premiere et After Effects serait un atout majeur.
- Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes et connaissance des contraintes et limitations techniques qui s'appliquent à la conception de plates-formes telles que les ordinateurs de bureau et les téléphones mobiles (Android et iOS).
- Vous avez, de préférence, une expérience de la conception et du design de jeux vidéo.
