Für unseren Kunden, die Firma F. Hoffmann La Roche mit Sitz in Kaiseraugst, suchen wir eine/n Laborant Packaging and Product Analytics (m/w/d).

**Laborant Packaging and Product Analytics (m/w/d)**:
**Beschreibung**

Wir suchen innerhalb der Funktion QC Packaging and Product Analytics (PPA) als Teil der Qualitätskontrolle BS/KAU ein neues Teammitglied für die Unit IEC, SEC, FastTrack & Polysorbat. Wir sind für die analytische Prüfung von Packmaterialien, Medizinprodukten, Rohstoffen, Hilfsstoffen, biologischen und chemischen Wirkstoffen (APIs), sowie für die Prüfung steriler und nicht-steriler Arzneimittel (Bulk Drug Products) und das ID Testing von Fertigarzneimitteln zuständig. Weiterhin gehört die Durchführung von analytischen Transfers zum Aufgabengebiet. Das Spektrum der Arzneimittel fokussiert sich bei der ausgeschriebenen Stelle auf sterile Formulierungen in Vials und Fertigspritzen. Die Tätigkeiten werden an dem Standort Kaiseraugst durchgeführt und bedient sowohl Kunden aus Basel, vor allem aber in Kaiseraugst, als auch Lohnhersteller und andere Standorte innerhalb des globalen Roche Netzwerks.

**Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in** ist im Besitz einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Chemielaborant oder
Biologielaborant EFZ und hat erste Erfahrungen in einem Analytik Labor mit HPLC gesammelt. Die Person
bringt Empower Kenntnisse, sowie fliessende Deutschkenntnisse mit.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Beitrag zur Bewältigung der gemeinsamen Aufgaben und zu einer guten Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Unit, sowie der gesamten Organisation durch Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit
- Effiziente, fach
- und termingerechte Ausführung von GMP-Analytik mittels ID-Testing und U(H)PLC Analytik (inkl. Auswertung) und Polysorbat Analytik
- Bearbeitung von Release
- und Stabilitätsanalysen sowie Sonderanalysen gemäss gültiger Testvorschriften und deren Dokumentation gemäss den aktuellen Richtlinien der guten Herstellungspraxis (cGMP)
- Durchführung analytischer Transfers und Validierungen
- Sicherheits
- und kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie sorgfältiger Umgang mit Geräten, Apparaturen und Installationen
- Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im Labor gewährleisten

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als z.B. Chemielaborant/Biologielaborant EFZ oder eine äquivalente Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Bachelor) mit Schwerpunkt auf Analytik, Biotechnologie, Pharmatechnik, o.ä. (**)
- erste Erfahrungen in einem Analytiklabor und mit HPLC (**)
- Empower oder Chromeleon Kenntnisse (**)
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (**)
- Affinität zu komplexen Aufgabenstellungen und analytische Themen
- Selbständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise, sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit

- Erfahrungen mit Lean Production Systemen (LPS)
