**BRIEF SUMMARY OF ROLE**:
The Business Development (BDM) team in BI4ALL is directly responsible for acquiring new business for the company, by growing our business in new accounts in key strategic industries, focus on selected strategic markets, as well as promoting cross-selling opportunities by finding new areas of growth in our current accounts.

In order to expand our international growth objectives, we will be reinforcing our presence in key strategic markets moving forward. BI4ALL is looking for a Business Development Lead to expand and capture new business in Switzerland, as a very important market for our future.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
As the Business Development Swiss Lead, you will be responsible to grow our business in Switzerland according to our strategic development plan for the country. This will include expanding our existing business, as well as acquire new key accounts to meet our growth strategy in Switzerland. In strong collaboration across different functional areas of BI4ALL (marketing / delivery / knowledge & innovation), and by leveraging strong successes in existing accounts in Switzerland, you should be able to successfully promote and sell BI4ALL services in the country. You will be responsible to acquire new business / new customers to achieve our growth targets throughout all different channels that are appropriate. Part of this work will also include the responsibility to coordinate the qualification and pre-sales phase of those new business opportunities in the country.

You and your team (when we will be ready to grow the local structure in the country), will be based in Switzerland, and you should expect to occasionally travel around EMEA.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Help to create, shape and execute Swiss strategic development plan to deliver on country growth objectives
- Accountable to support end-to-end opportunity / sales cycle (Capture, Qualification, Pre-Sales, Closure)
- Coordinate activities with the several areas in BI4ALL to position new opportunities and cross-sell
- Follow up the kick-off phase of the new projects to ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team(s)
- Position BI4ALL offer with external stakeholders through presentation and demonstrative solutions
- Help to create, shape and execute Swiss strategic development plan so we achieve our growth objectives
- Identify new strategic / key accounts and deliver on growth targets for the country
- Create and deliver a prospection plan to maximize our growth in key industries / accounts in Switzerland
- Accountable to deliver BI4ALL business plan in Switzerland

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 10+ year of experience in creating new business in the Commercial / Business Development Area
- Good understanding of key technology areas such as Data & Analytics, AI and Big Data is preferred.
- Strong understanding on how to position strategic solutions successfully
- Good business knowledge in industries such as Life Sciences, Financial, Insurance, Energy, etc. is preferred
- Highly self-motivated and directed, attention to detail, strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to put together winning proposals (direct sales / tenders)
- Be able to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English (Any other languages are a plus)
- Strong knowledge in Consultancy in key areas such as Cloud, Analytics, AI, Data Science and Modern BI
- Capacity for multi-tasking and organization, with ability to quickly shift priorities whenever necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong negotiation skills and able to influence and communicate ideas to a wide audience, including all levels of leadership.
