**Finance & Accounting**

Lead Finance and Accounting department: responsibility for accounting and overall responsibility for financial accounting for LK international AG as well as for all subsidiaries in close collaboration with CFO of KJUS North America and the Acushnet Finance team
- Coordinate and take the responsibility for monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual closings (individual closings as well as intercompany reconciliation)
- Analyze and comment various reports (annual, bi-annual, quarterly and monthly closings) incl. annex information
- Responsible for all accounting matters for subsidiaries in Germany and Austria incl. coordination of accounting consultants
- Responsible for financial audits and manage to fulfill respective needs (set-up ICS, ensure reporting)
- Responsible for all accounting processes incl. subledger (accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, asset accounting etc.)
- Conduct and take the responsibility for cash planning and monitoring incl. coordination of cash demands and monitoring liquidity
- Coordinate payment transactions incl. banking as well as internet banking, etc.
- Lead, coach and develop accounting team
- 1st point of contact for all finance and accounting matters for Acushnet finance team and support respective needs
- Responsible for the creation of all turnover
- and VAT-declarations (incl. intrastat filings etc.) as well as management of respective processes
- Coordinate filing of tax declarations with tax advisor
- Coordinate and ensure proper archiving of all accounting matters in compliance with the law (incl. tax and customs, shipment certificates etc.)
- Coordinate all system information relevant from an accounting perspective with logistics, customer service, eCommerce, etc.)
- Responsible for proper integration of all accounting needs for new subsidiaries, branches and stores incl. contract management (SIX, Dataforce etc).
- Support implementation of IT projects from an accounting perspective (eCommerce, ERP enhancements, MIS, shop solutions etc.) and ensure smooth processes and proper information flow (member of Dataforce/Palos committee)
- Ensure smooth processes in case of integrating and implementing new business models (EDI, eCommerce, own retail etc.) as well as new systems and processes and ensure legal compliance
- Coordinate and ensure payment systems and data transmission into the operational business model/ERP - Cash-point system in stores as well as eCommerce payment portals (Six, Datatrans, Amexco etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships with finance institutions

**Controlling**:
Responsible for the rolling business planning as well as the yearly budget
- Define and ensure planning process in close collaboration with the President KJUS worldwide, the CFO of KJUS North America and the Acushnet Finance team, create planning and calculation of basic principles
- Create annual budget (incl. long range plans, monthly forecasts and budget reviews) and rolling business planning for LK International AG and all subsidiaries
- Support various departments/budget responsible in creation of planning figures and in analyzing financial figures as well as in pulling figures and actions together
- Planning and financial controlling of different business units such as flagship stores, pop-up stores, outlet stores, eCommerce as well as financial planning for new stores
- Constantly develop and enhance planning basic principles

Responsible for business controlling in the area of
- Sales and turnover with according reportings and analysis including pre-order reportings
- Retail stores, eCommerce business and liquidations with analysis of turnovers, costs and rentability as well as with product specific reports
- Logistics and freight matters (incl. transport and customs) with planning and analysis of costs, optimizing of the proves and with creating of post calculations in the area of transport and customs

Responsible for financial reporting and cost control for LK International AG as well as for the KJUS subsidiaries including:

- Coordination of monthly cost control with all budget responsible
- Ensure proper controlling process in case new business models and entities (EDI, eCommerce, new subsidiaries, new shops, etc.) are implemented
- Create, analyze and report marginal costing of KJUS key accounts

Responsible for the set-up, development, and implementation of controlling-, management-, information
- and planning tools.

Support for product pricing (establish wholesale/retail pricing and secure relevant minimum margins) in Europe in collaboration with Managing Director.
