Project Management Support 50-60% (m/f/d) As a first‑tier supplier to Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Management Support for a 12‑month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension. The position is in the Quality area and supports Quality Heads with documentation related capabilities. It involves maintaining a database solution developed in Google Sheets and shared on Google Sites, as well as project managing its decommissioning and the implementation of a global enterprise tool. Tasks and Responsibilities Support custom‑build solutions in Google Workspace Administer a standard tool Provide basic training to users Manage the transition of the project to an enterprise tool Coordinate the transition Develop application scripts for Google tools Must‑Haves Vocational degree First‑hand project management experience First‑hand development/scripting experience Ability to engage in stakeholder management Experience with Google Workspace, SQL, websites, and project management Fluency in English and German (other languages are a plus) Nice‑to‑Haves Familiarity with document‑management tools within quality and regulatory functions Benefits Work with cutting‑edge tools on a state‑of‑the‑art campus with green spaces and an inspiring atmosphere.
