**Your role**
- Therefore, we are seeking for a tech
- and business-savvy Product Owner to be integral part of our agile delivery teams actively shaping the evolution of our Advanced Analytics platform for Conversational Banking (Cloud based) alongside customer needs. Furthermore, the Product Owner will drive analytics use cases together with business users from all functions of the bank and technology experts to maximize the business value of the investments. You can drive this change at the front-line.- Key activities include:
- own your Conversational Banking use-case and features from the first pre-study to final delivery
- shape the expected implementation in close alignment with your IT delivery team, product management, software architects, etc. in an agile setup
- work with your agile teams on an everyday basis, where you set priorities, clarify requirements, co-author features and stories, and agree sprint plans and 3-month product increments
- engage with various stakeholders across UBS business divisions with different backgrounds (from managers to data scientists) to sound and consolidate business requirements and manage business verification
- co-shape the product roadmap with product managers and release train management
- become an ambassador for agile and product-centric ways of working

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, Crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous Pods. You’ll be working in the Analytics & Sales Platform team focusing on data operating and reporting for Operations, Business Risk Management, Regulatory and other key divisions. You will co-lead a team of approximately 70 employees in 8+ Pods within the Wealth Management and Private & Corporate Clients (WMPC) Business Warehouse area, broadly collaborating with the WMPC red zone Big Data Platform

**Your expertise**
- a blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytic reasoning
- BA/BS degree with business background or technical, engineering
- experience in digital projects, strategy/consulting or program management. Ideally including strong element of dealing with technology, especially around analytics and big data.
- very good conceptual skills. Ability to build comprehensive and coherent frameworks. Able to communicate clearly and simplify complex phenomena.
- good understanding of program management and project implementation methodologies
- good interpersonal skills across seniority levels, ability to successfully influence and align stakeholders
- good skills in Microsoft Office, ideally also project management tools
- fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is not obligatory, but of an added value
