Business Process Manager

You’ll implement impactful technology solutions, bridge gaps to best practices and compliance, and lead change management to enhance operational efficiency and transparency. **ROLE OVERVIEW**
- Establish and lead a Project Management Office (PMO), defining and implementing best practices for project management and process documentation. Act as a central point of expertise and governance for projects across the organization.
- Collaborate with team members to define, document, and optimize technology development and manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
- Actively manage key projects, from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Appropriately balance oversight with hands-on project execution.
- Lead the implementation of technology solutions, including ERP systems and inventory/asset tracking systems, to streamline operations and enhance transparency.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of project management discipline and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

**YOUR SKILLS**

Required
- Demonstrated experience in selecting and deploying technology solutions to improve business efficiency, with a focus on outcomes
- Skilled in defining, mapping, and documenting business processes, particularly in preparation for ISO certification or similar compliance standards.
- Strong change management capabilities, with a hands-on, proactive approach to driving projects forward in a dynamic startup environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, influence, and foster collaboration across teams.
- Business-level English

Advantageous
- Project management certification, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or a similar credential
- Background in equipment manufacturing, high-tech environments, or within startups
- German language skills
