As a Business Manager in the Credit Management & Controls Team you will perform a range of tasks to ensure efficient, timely and comprehensive feedback to upcoming tasks/questions. You will develop and implement procedures to improve business operations and support the team in interpreting of data to allow management to efficiently and effectively steer the credit book. Furthermore, you will support the team with ad-hoc analysis.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Support and take over responsibility for (ad-hoc) requests/inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Collect information from relevant people within and outside of the Credit department, process them and give timely and all-encompassing feedback
- Gather, analyze, and interpret both external and internal data, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for various stakeholders
- Own and govern business unit specific processes
- Prepare documentations, concepts of processes and make proposals to improve the credit monitoring and management of the credit book. Ensure knowledge within the credit department is systematically documented
- Be point of contact for general questions related to Credit

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in Credit or a similar role in business consulting
- Interaction with regulators (SNB, FINMA, etc.) in a previous role is a plus
- Comfortable working in a high-paced environment, fully dedicated to top results
- Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills
- Business fluent in English and German (oral and written)
