2026 Graduate Talent Program - Corporate & Real Estate - Region Basel

**Your role**

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. You'll get to:

- get introduced to the entire day-to-day business of a corporate client advisor and provide administrative support
- collaborate with product and specialist experts from within and outside the Corporate & Real Estate Banking Switzerland division in a solution-oriented manner
- create professional presentations to support our strategic dialogue with our clients
- support the preparation of strategic transactions and corporate finance activities
- participate in projects by coordinating and performing analysis activities
- maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

**Your team**

You'll be working in our Corporate Basel-Stadt and Life Science team. We're responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients with an international footprint. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.

**Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is fluent in German and proficient in English
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- has an interest in the financial sector, preferably with initial experience through an internship in the finance or banking sector
- demonstrates strong customer orientation, openness, good team spirit, a confident demeanor, and has a quick grasp of new concepts
- possesses good analytical skills, thorough understanding of complex business models and a good knowledge of MS Office
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
