Are you ready to kick-start your career with a global leader in the medical device industry? Straumann Group is seeking self-aware, Master's graduates to join our International Graduate Program and help us continue to inspire smiles all over the world

As a member of our 2024 cohort, you’ll have the opportunity to work on strategic projects, collaborate with key business groups, and solve complex problems using data and analytics. You'll also enjoy two rotations, including one outside of your home location or in another area of our business, where you'll be mentored by a member of our Senior Leadership team to help guide you, build your network, and set you up for success.

**The Program**

The program lasts for 18 months and includes three tailored rotations, one of which you can expect to spend outside of your home location. You’ll be a part of an ambitious global cohort and mentored throughout the program by a member of our Senior Leadership team you who help guide you, build your network, and set you up for success when the time comes to offboard into a permanent position.

On the Finance track you’ll immerse yourself in our Finance function driving efficiencies, providing insight and improving our methodologies and processes consistently adding value to our business.

Our Swiss program will be in our Revenue Management team and based in Basel, with the potential for regular travel to Madrid.

On completion of the program you can expect to work in Business Intelligence, Financial Management and Forecasting or Financial Controlling.

**The process**

First round interviews are expected to take place early October, with second and final round towards the end of the month. Your join date will be early December/January.
