Job Purpose

Follow up on all aspects of International contract execution and logistics associated with physical cargo delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
Execution of contracts and monitoring shipments including relations with suppliers, customers, inspection companies etc;
Ensure overall execution from origin to final destinations in accordance with contract terms and conditions. This includes amongst others, ensuring notices are sent/received in time, follow up of loading and discharging operations, applicable and adequate financial security of payment is in place and compliant with contractual terms before goods delivery (LC negotiation, CAD...), and documents handling;
Stock management, insurance declaration, follow-up, and settlement of claims;
Record daily trading Operations in our Integrated Trading system and other corporate portals;
Close coordination with Traders and ensure smooth flow of information between various departments such as Credit Risk, Trade Finance, Accounting, Insurance & Legal, and other corporate Departments.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in relating field or equivalent experience in a bank or trading house;
1-2 years of experience in Grain logistics and contracts execution (nice to have);
Rigorous, strong team working skills, autonomous, pro-active, and solution-oriented;
Fluent in English and French (a must), other languages such as Arabic and Chinese (a plus).
