On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Junior Settlements Administrator.

Our client is an international trading company, located in Geneva, which has offices all around the round.

**Responsibilities**:
The Junior Settlements Administrator has a key role in the control environment in the Concentrate Trading Operations, ensuring accurate settlement of all valid physical concentrate trade transactions.

Ensure all payments and receipts are supported by and in line with external documentation
Investigate and resolve any discrepancy
Ensure all payments for physical are based on correctly captured entries
Run data validation reports, investigate and assist in resolving and exceptions in coordination with Operations team
Ensure all secondary cost payments are supported by the external documentation
Confirming payment value date and banking prior to approval

**Profil**:
First relevant experience (1 to 5 years) in finance, accounting, auditing, or trading operations and back-office
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
French and English fluency required, Spanish would be an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel, Oracle NetSuite is a plus
Detail orientated, organized, disciplined, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure
