**Your role**
- Are you a cybersecurity professional who is passionate about proactive security? - lead end-to-end process analysis, improvements and re-engineering across the Cyber Defense & Strategy organization
- work across the process improvement lifecycle to drive process optimization and integration across Cyber functions
- establish a process Center of Excellence to facilitate best practices and drive areas of focus
- determine process improvement priorities and manage work across peers
- provide reporting on process improvement initiatives and measure value add
- identify opportunities aligned to our objectives and build a business case for change
- ensure our processes and procedures meet industry and regulatory standards
- use process analysis tools & techniques to constantly optimize processes and procedures by collaborating with process owners
- work across functional teams to conduct periodic process gap analysis to determine compliance and improvement opportunities
- collaborate across teams from different geographies and business divisions on cyber process change initiatives
- enhance both technical and organizational controls to improve the security posture of UBS

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Technology Services Cyber & Information Security function (TS CIS). The TS CIS Vision is to protect, preserve, and prolong the value of the UBS data and digital services, and enhance UBS’s brand and competitiveness in a digitized world. The TS CIS mission is to lead the management of all cyber threats and cyber risk across the Firm. To “protect the foundations and secure the future,” TS CIS serves two mission areas: cyber threat management and defense (understanding, detecting, and responding to threats), and cyber risk management and governance (setting priorities and preventing threats).
- We are building a global team that will have a presence in Switzerland, Poland, USA and Singapore that will encompass the competencies of Cyber Readiness, Third Party Cyber and Incident Management. Our Cyber Service Integration team is focused on ensuring that the right processes, procedures and controls are in place to enable the Cyber Defense & Strategy organization. By joining our team you will have continuous learning possibilities while being challenged to mature our cyber processes by working with multiple teams across the organization.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- ideally, 6+ years of experience with Cyber process analysis, design and re-engineering
- ideally, 6+ years of experience with cyber best practices, process/procedure management, and cyber business process modeling
- strong understanding of key cyber functions (Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond & Recover)
- strong understanding of IT industry best practices (e.g., ITIL or PMP) and process optimization (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma)
- strong writing skills experience with development of cybersecurity process documentation
- strong understanding of information security requirements, policies, and regulations
- good understanding of technology controls including new control design, compensating controls, and control sustainability
- good project management skills with a sense of urgency and focus on execution
- good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to brief, document, and explain details to technical staff as well as business executives
- good problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze information
- ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the firm
- passionate about the team's mission, remain calm under pressure, be able to keep an open mind, set aside personal biases/feelings, and pivot quickly between activities based on changing priorities
- proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, well organized, and detail oriented
