We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager for our Process Industries Division. In this position you will define and implement ABB’s cyber security strategy aligned with ABB’s overall strategy and business needs. Effectively manage cyber security risks that could affect the ABB brand and customer base related to all ABB offerings in a cost-effective way. In collaboration with the business protect revenues by effectively addressing customer cyber security expectations and enable growth by actively driving cyber security opportunities and demand. We offer an interesting position in an international and dynamic working environment and an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing global customer oriented Industrial Digitalization business. In this role, you will be reporting to the Global Operations Manager in Business Line Digital Process Industries.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Strategy
- Lead the development and implementation of overall cyber security strategy.
- Responsible that cyber security strategy is aligned with business strategy and addresses all relevant needs.
- Responsible to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the global cyber security customer and market requirements, including regulations and standards.
- Governance
- Leads the definition, development and implementation of cyber security policies, standards, guidelines, and instructions to assure alignment with ABB Governance framework.
- Responsible that relevant cyber security risks are identified, reported, and effectively mitigated.
- Responsible to define incident management processes.
- Accountable to raise cyber security issues and inform relevant ABB leadership teams.
- Assurance
- Leads the definition, development, and implementation of cyber security assurance program incl. definition of KPIs and setting expectations.
- Responsible to operate an effective cyber security assurance program, incl. reporting cyber security KPI's to relevant ABB leadership teams.
- Responsible to oversee assurance for cyber security incident management.
- Operating Model
- Leads the definition, development, and implementation of an effective cyber security organization
- Represents cyber security in relevant ABB leadership teams.
- Responsible to lead the definition and execution of appropriate cyber security initiatives.
**Your background**:
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the Cyber Security with focus on industrial digitalization and deep understanding of relevant standards, technologies and trends
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field
- Proven experience in defining, deploying, and leading the Cyber Security strategy for a global organization, ideally in Industrial / Manufacturing sector
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Availability to travel internationally as required
