**Your role**
- Do you have a keen interest in working in a world class cybersecurity organization? Do you have experience of risk frameworks, global control standards and cyber & information security regulatory requirements? Are you a driver, yet detail oriented and able to engage with internal business and IT stakeholders of all levels?
- We’re looking for a cyber assurance risk manager with core focus on driving tactical and long-term risk remediation activities, to:
- lead and expand the cyber assurance testing remediation task force, including its governance and processes
- ensure that findings outlined in penetration tests, risk assessments and other sources are processed end-to-end thoroughly with risk and threats as key variables and enable for sustainable remediation with the owners and aligned risk management teams
- work closely with senior stakeholders in 1LoD and 2LoD to ensure remediation alignment and final remediation reporting is complete for publishing to senior stakeholders and regulators

- You will be working in the CIS Risk and Oversight function, a dynamic, driven and diverse team focused in driving identified risks for prioritization and thereof remediation. As a risk manager, you’ll play an important role in coordinating the direction and implementation of a dossier of risk related activities to achieve positive risk outcomes and to aid in realizing benefits aligned to our divisions strategy.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 5+ years working for a global organization or consulting to a global organization in one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Information Security, Regulatory, Information Technology Audit, Cyber / Information Security Operational Risk Management or Risk Control
- reliable, independent, with sound judgement for when to escalate issues
- practical understanding of cyber threat management and how it relates to the business
- clear communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills
- analytical thinker in scenarios and outcomes
- good understanding of the nature of penetration tests, risk assessments and cyber threats
- experience with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and professional qualifications (such as ISC2, ISACA, etc.) is a plus
- fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, well organized, detail oriented, with the ability to collect data, coordinate tasks and projects
- able to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities, ask for help when needed, follow-up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met or that extensions have been requested if needed
