Vulnerability and Cyber Risk Manager

Aufgaben

Contribute to the definition, management and coordination of initiatives around the Bank's IT Security / Contribute to the optimization of the information security strategy and define requirements for optimal vulnerability management / Identify and lead security initiatives and set standards / Identify vulnerabilities of the processes and tools / Conduct regular vulnerability audits and assess security risks / Organize and coordinate penetration testing / Monitor the IT Security strategy / Evaluate all risks, both for vulnerabilities and deviations from proven configuration settings and determine risk level / Maintain roadmap for ongoing information security optimization / Work with IT to prioritize vulnerability management / Regularly report to senior management and discussion of risk exposure / Plan and deliver training and give presentations to create sustainable IT security awareness.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering / Professional experience in IT security with threat, vulnerability and security gap analysis / Knowledge of NIST guidelines, NIST SP 800-40, SANS / Knowledge of vulnerability management tools, processes and systems / Professional experience with vulnerability and malware analysis / Knowledge of risk assessment / Knowledge of patch management in IT and how to patch systems appropriately / Analytical skills, accurate work ethic, structured approach / Flexible, reliable and communicative personality with initiative / High level of independence in a dynamic environment / Proactive / Ability to prioritize and assess things / Quality oriented, sound judgment / German and English.
