**Job Description**:
The Junior Assistant role is an entry position to take off within the commercial and start-up world. This role will support the 3 founders in their day-to-day job. The goal is to mainly act as a gatekeeper, managing the founder’s time and workload to enable them to carry out their role and deliver the company goals.

Responsibilities for this role are:

- Supporting the Executive Management in all administrative tasks
- Complex calendar management, preparation for internal/external meetings and keeping track of follow-ups
- Manage correspondence as and when appropriate and manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing presentations as needed
- Support in HR-related tasks (On
- and Off-boardings, tracking follow-ups, etc.)
- Ad-hoc customer and/or project-related tasks or events
- Acting as the first point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Keeping track of pending tasks and keeping an overview of the big picture

**Skills**:

- A detailed-oriented self-starter with prior experience in a similar role
- Present, energetic, empathetic, and approachable personality
- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company
- Excellent communication skills, high level of self-motivation
- Excellent organization and time-management skills and hence being prepared, proactive, and always ahead of things
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks and be reliable
- Resourceful, independent, can-do /solution-oriented attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- Loving challenges and being hands-on and a quick learner
- Being able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- High level of discretion and respectfulness

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent German, and English skills are mandatory other languages are a big plus
- 1-2 years relevant commercial work experience
- Technical affinity and excellent skills in the MS Office/Google Suite
