**_ Great pay, Great location. We are recruiting Insurance Managers to join one of our leading firms in Zurich._**
**Responsibilities**
- Managing a portfolio of clients in the insurance industry, which may include property and casualty, reinsurance, life, health, or captives.
- Keeping up to date with current market issues in the Insurance sector
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels
- Advising clients on relevant technical issues for their business area
- Coordinating and managing the complexities of engagements.
- Promote the firm's values and beliefs, demonstrating integrity and maintaining an ethical stance, using flexibility and tact to express views as necessary.
**Principal Requirements**
- Qualified ACA or ACCA
- Minimum 4 years of assurance experience gained in Big 4 practice.
- Experienced in the provision of audit and assurance services to the insurance sector.
- Engagement management, execution, and reporting skills
- Can communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of key accounting frameworks including FRS 102 / 103 and IFRS
- The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client solutions.
- Experience of interacting with senior-level clients and management to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Proficiency in operational processes and systems, with an appreciation of the concept of controls and risk management in a regulatory environment
- Technologically proficient
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Good computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
