We are looking for an office associate who will be in charge of making sure our amazing Zurich office is fully functional, clean and running smoothly. And are you happy to execute day-to-day operational tasks to ensure we have a welcoming & productive office environment?**About the role**
- You are responsible for opening the office, ensuring all areas are presented well, and stocking supplies throughout the day as needed. This includes purchasing food, stationery, furniture and researching for vendors, getting quotes, and presenting the best options.
- Maintain office equipment fully functional; you will be the main point of contact with vendors like the cleaning company and will be in charge of scheduling and supervising maintenance or repairing visits for furniture or equipment.
- You will be responsible for the recycling & trash collection-related tasks.
- You will be responsible for managing the company's correspondence, company mail and distribution and serve as the point person for errands.
- You will support the organization of the internal events.
- You will own the office key administration and will collaborate with the IT department to keep updated the equipment inventory.
- You will support HR for matters related to onboarding new joiners for their first day, etc.
- Secretarial support such as scanning & filling and any other office-related tasks.
- You understand our company culture to be able to observe what is most popular amongst TripleLifters.

**About you**
- You have a customer service or hospitality background or similar.
- You are fluent in English and are able to communicate in German with local vendors (B1/B2).
- You have 50% availability to work in our office at 8005 Zurich. The required working hours are from 8:30 hrs - 12:45 hrs from Monday to Friday.
- You have a basic understanding of operations and you keep costs in control and work within an established budget. For example a budget for an event. Or a budget for office furniture. Or budget for groceries.
- You love working in an international team.
- You understand the importance of support tasks and enjoy contributing.

**Nice to have but not mandatory to apply**
- Any basic IT support experience.
- You have previous office management experience.
