**What you will do**:
- Performing data analysis, leading research and interviews
- Preparing and participating in client workshops
- Preparing presentations and developing client solutions
- Taking the lead in creating business models and conceptual frameworks
- Supporting the development of the Swiss office (e.g. business development, marketing, recruiting, thought leadership material)
- Traveling based on project requirements
**What you’ll bring**:
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or similar background
- Right to work in Switzerland, willingness to live near Zurich
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with excellent academic results
- Strong team player that is passionate, reliable, and result-oriented
- Solid business acumen
- An ability to think analytically, break down problems, develop hypotheses and recommendations from data, analysis, and market research
- Excellent English language skills required, (Swiss) German preferred
