- We're looking for the Head of Initiatives, Training & Engagement to:
- leading the Initiatives, Training & Engagement Team within GDMO consisting of 10-15 employees
- close collaboration with the CTO Operating Management team on the financials including planning, forecasting and budgeting
- support overall governance to provide oversight on the execution of GDMO initiatives including responsible for the Management Forum and Design Authority
- lead the development of the Training and Engagement of Data Management across the firm
- responsible for all people initiatives driven by GDMO
- close collaboration with CDIO COO, HR, Finance & IT producers

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) within the Group Data Management Office (GDMO). The GDMO is responsible for embedding a data management culture into the organization by advocating for our strategy and proactively challenging the way the firm works with data. The GDMO is made up of approximately 200 people, comprising UBS permanent staff, contractors and consultants. You will be part of the Management Team of GDMO and report to the Head of GDMO.

**Your expertise**
- have extensive experience in Operating Management/ Business Management
- ideally 5-10 years of experience in managing operating management processes or financial controlling
- have acted as a portfolio manager of change initiatives
- have experience in overseeing and driving people initiatives as well as experience with communication and engagement across bigger companies
- can build and manage effective working relationship with peers and senior stakeholders in different countries, business divisions and technology, collaborating to deliver the output that exceeds client expectations
