International Key Account Manager / Responsable Grands Comptes Internationaux

Produits Dentaires SA, entreprise familiale suisse fondé en 1940 et basée à Vevey, recherche son-sa futur-e International Key Account Manager. Sous la supervision du CEO (Directeur Commercial a.i.), ce poste stratégique au plus près de nos distributeurs et clients finaux, contribuera à optimiser la vente de nos nouveaux produits et d'atteindre nos objectifs de croissance.

**Responsabilités commerciales**
- Gestion de Grands Comptes (distributeurs) et des marchés correspondants
- Gestion, suivi et évaluation des clients, catégorisation, proposition de changement
- Négociations avec les clients et développement de nouveaux marchés dans le cadre commercial (prix et conditions) et stratégique (potentiel marché et contraintes règlementaires)
- Suivi du respect, de la validité et mises à jour des contrats de distribution
- Etablissement d’un budget annuel global par client soumis à la Direction Commerciale, avec suivi trimestriel et lors des réunions commerciales
- Surveillance des activités de la concurrence et relève des prix clients et concurrents
- Gestion des mandats de KOL locaux en collaboration avec les distributeurs
- Visites régulières des clients, et leaders d'opinion locaux, 2 à 3 fois par an via des « road trips »

**Coordination avec le Département Marketing Communication**
- Gestion de projets d’animation tels que promotions, publicités, programme promotionnel, etc.
- Coordination et formation produits aux distributeurs et leaders d’opinion locaux
- Utilisation des outils marketing disponibles et soumission de besoins spécifiques à l’équipe MarCom
- Lancement coordonné des nouveaux produits
- Gestion des stands et participations aux expositions et congrès

**Collaboration avec les autres départements**
- Soumission de demandes d’enregistrement produits au département Réglementaire
- Suivi des commandes et des prix en collaboration avec le département Back Office
- Suivi du contentieux avec le soutien du département Finance
- Participation au développement de nouveaux produits et au positionnement prix avec les départements Produits et R&D

**Compétences requises**:

- Maitrîse professionnelle du français et de l'anglais, autres langues majeures un atout important
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques classiques
- Formation / expérience avérée à la norme ISO 14971

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience de minimum 3 ans dans dans la vente de produits Medtech à l'international
- Structuré, autonome et excellente organisation
- Excellent communicant à l'externe et à l'interne
- Grande capacité à voyager, environ 70% du temps
