**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellen der Service-Rechnungen in der Deutschschweiz
- Quartalsrechnungen der Serviceverträge
- interne Arbeitsaufträge erstellen
- Aktiver Telefonsupport und Weiterleitung der Kundenstörungen
- Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
- Monatlicher Abschluss und Kontrolle der Stundenabschlüsse unserer Servicetechniker
- Aktualisierung der Bestandslisten der Serviceverträge
- Erstellen der Pikett-Vorschauliste

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Teamgedanke mit gleichzeitiger Eigenständigkeit
