For our client, an international automotive company, we are looking for a hands-on and flexible person to successful deliver the sales targets, offering the necessary support and guidance to the dealers to achieve mutual objectives.

**Your tasks**

In this position you will report to the Car Division Manager and you will be responsible for Central Switzerland for the following activities:

- Deliver sales and service (parts & accessories) targets
- Manage supply of cars (new cars, demo cars, courtesy cars) in dealer’s stocks for the achievement of sales volumes targets, mix, market penetration, and the maintenance of an appropriate monthly stock level
- Monitor dealer sales and service performance in term of GP, discount, productivity, turn over and overall profitability
- Ensure Dealer motivation and engagement in key sales objectives through understanding of strategy & goals and implement required sales activity plan by dealer
- Provide support & guidance to dealers, ensuring they have adequate after sales service/product/technical skills
- Analyse and report dealer performance, issues & develop countermeasures to close the gap
- Coordinate corporate activities and projects and manage their successful implementation
- Advise and communicate best practice activity on marketing and promotional activities in line with national marketing and brand image

**Your profile**

To be successful in this challenging position you bring with you:

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in the automotive industry and proven understanding of retailer culture and structure
- Intermediate marketing and promotional knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and ability to take initiatives
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing environment
- Swiss German mother tongue, fluent English and at least B2 in French
