In the individual position as an Aftermarket Sales & Services Manager you will be responsible to successfully manage projects and deliver outstanding support to our worldwide based customers on aircraft parts and MRO services. You will be accountable to manage a portfolio of customers ranging from private entities to governmental organizations managing the entire chain of events from the commercial discussion to the delivery of the product or service. You will be financially accountable for the outcome of these projects. These projects cover offering parts sales, engineering services, such as STC developments and Minor modifications, as well as shop services, such as wheel overhauls, repair and overhaul of emergency equipment, engine & APU’s repairs and overhauls. Furthermore, you will be responsible to organization crew and P145 training and manage aircraft subscriptions. You will be responsible to manage off-site refurbishment projects and will ensure that the customer requests are delivered on time ensuring the finest quality.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the entire chain of events from quote creation to product/service deliverables
- Responsible to sell and advise customers on internal capabilities
- Management of projects linked to component repairs, engineering requests and off-site refurbishments
- Accountable to manage a portfolio of customers
- Create and discuss quotations with customers
- Interface between the customer needs and the respective internal stakeholders
- Manage component repairs and loan agreements
- Manage internal shop services for any kind of support (wheels, emergency equipment, plating, refurbishment, etc. repairs and overhauls)
- Provide engineering services such as STC development and Minor modification packages
- Purchasing and selling parts to and on behalf of our customers
- Accountable for timely and on budget deliverables
- Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a functional area or relevant work experience in aviation
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in aviation, logistics or purchasing
- Technical knowledge in aviation industry, OEM’s, and the regulatory framework
- Strong sales and technical background
- Project Management experience
- Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High customer service orientation
- Good business and financial acumen
- Strong influencing skills, open mindset
- Fluent in English and French
- Computer literate (MS Office, SAP R/3 or SAP 4 Hana, SalesForce is an advantage)
