Am Standort Bulle befindet sich die Business Unit-Axialkolbenmaschinen, das Kompetenzzentrum für Hydraulikkomponenten. An den beiden Standorten, Bulle im Kanton Freiburg und Ettlingen bei Karlsruhe, entwickelt, konstruiert und fertigt die BU AxM leistungsstarke Produkte aus den Bereichen der hydraulischen Antriebs
- und Steuerungstechnik. Die hydraulischen Produkte und deren Bauteile werden mit modernsten Verfahren hergestellt und tragen maßgeblich zur Qualität und Leistungsfähigkeit der Mobil
- und Raupenbagger, der Mining-Maschinen, Radlader und weiterer mobiler Arbeitsmaschinen des Liebherr Konzerns bei.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Produktmanagement Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Produktmanager (m/w/d).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie analysieren das aktuelle und definieren das zukünftige Produktportfolio
- Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Entwicklung
- Sie erstellen und verwalten Lastenhefte unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenanforderungen und führen diese mit Pflichtenheften zusammen
- Sie analysieren, implementieren und setzen die definierten Anforderungen an Produktvarianz und Produktlebenszyklus um
- Sie führen Marktanalysen sowie Benchmarking durch und unterstützen bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der Business Unit Hydraulik
- Sie erarbeiten das Pricing und analysieren Trends
- Mitarbeit in Projektteams

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Maschinenbau sowie über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Hydraulik
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement in einer Matrixorganisation sammeln können und besitzen betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte unternehmerische Fähigkeiten
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office sowie mit einem ERP-System
- Ihre Persönlichkeit zeichnet sich durch Ihre ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Kundenorientierung und Flexibilität aus. Sie sind eine aufgeschlossene, teamfähige Person und bereit Dienstreisen zu tätigen
