**Your Role**:
As the leader of the packaging division at our Aubonne site, you will oversee a team of over 60 internal and external collaborators across various teams. Your focus will be on significantly optimizing operations in line with Lean manufacturing principles and a continuous improvement approach. You will ensure that our packaging operations meet quality specifications and adhere to manufacturing best practices while maintaining production timelines for timely customer deliveries. Collaborating closely with quality, planning, and technical services, you will foster effective partnerships. You will play an active role in our dynamic Supply Operations lead team, promoting teamwork in a constructive and collaborative atmosphere through transparent communication. Together with your team, you will share a clear vision of expectations and challenges, actively developing it.

**Who You Are**:

- Engineering degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proven managerial experience
- Expertise in packaging processes, GMP standards, and office tools
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing workloads
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
- Proficient in English for support during inspections and regular pack visits
- Fluent in French and English
