**Site Controlling Lead, Aubonne, Controlling Business Partner to the Aubonne Site Head (M/F/d)**

**Your role**

As the leader of the Healthcare Operations Controlling Team in Aubonne you will manage all areas of financial responsibility, including but not limited to financial reporting and forecasting, operations analysis, resource allocation, business cases, capital expenditure planning, controlling and compliance for the company’s Healthcare Aubonne site.

You will serve as the controlling business partner, becoming an integral part of the site leadership team. Your role will be pivotal in supporting business decision-making through fact-based analyses and recommendations on a variety of strategic and operational matters.

Additionally, you will drive standardization, simplification, and efficiency within the financial function by continuously improving and implementing common financial processes and practices across the organization.

**Who you are**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance or a related discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing controlling, ideally previously as Site Controlling Head
- Solid knowledge on product costing and ideally already some experience in Biotech
- Advanced usage of SAP, TM1, MCloud and SAP BI
- Proficient in MS Office (e. g. Excel and Power Point, Power BI Knowledge is a plus)
- Fluent in English, French skills are an asset.

The position is located in Aubonne, Vaud, Switzerland.
