**Your role**:

- Ensure under the control of the Fill & Finish department, the management and organization of Media Fill Tests, and Smoke studies on the various aseptic suites.
- Coordinate the organization of aseptic training for the entire department to guide appropriate direction for aseptic practices.
- Management of Cleaning Validation activities to meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the preparation and performance of activities in all FDF suites, under the aseptic conditions, and in compliance with GMP.
- Accountable for Sterility Assurance on site in line with new Annex 1 requirements and all regulations related to sterile manufacturing and aseptic practices.
- Act as site expert and the main contact in front of Health Authorities.
- Ensure that requirements and processes are aligned with best industry practices and industry trends.

**Who you are**:

- 8-10 years of microbiology / sterility assurance or aseptic filling experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- Solid experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to lead with influence and inspire your teams, ability to bring mid to long term strategic vision to the department
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with other departments
